Funding Your Study Abroad
Financial Aid
If you already receive financial aid, this is usually the best source of support for study abroad, as scholarships for undergraduate study abroad are fairly rare. All U-M programs are supported by financial aid. For details, see the U-M Office of International Programs' Financial Information page.
You can apply for financial aid at the Office of Financial Aid's Study Abroad page. Be sure to check deadlines at the Office of Financial Aid web site. For non U-M programs, use of financial aid may be problematic. Some non-U-M programs may be willing to process some types of financial aid.
