The only guide to the on-site job search with worldwide coverage, including Western Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America (as well as everywhere else). Many first-hand reports by teachers. Excellent chapters on preparation, TEFL courses, all other practical matters. Includes overseas contact addresses. Written from a British perspective, the advice on European Union countries may not be very useful for Americans as British and Irish citizens do not need work permits within the European Union.

Written from an American perspective, unlike most publications on this subject which are British.
