Following is a list of additional requirements and recommendations for graduate/professional students, undergraduate students, and scholars (J-1 Exchange Visitors):
Graduate and Professional Students
- Required: You must attend International Center's mandatory check-in [2]. Advance registration is required.
- Required/Recommended: Your school or department probably offers an orientation. It may be required, but even if it is not, the International Center strongly recommends that you attend. Consult your school or department for more details.
- Strongly Recommended: Attend International Center's orientation workshops and social events [3].
- Recommended: Rackham New Graduate Student Fall Welcome and Information Fair [4] An introduction to Rackham Graduate School and campus as well as to important University resources and procedures.
