An overview and an FAQ for F-1 Students regarding the new DHS rule eliminating Duration of Status are now available on the International Center website. You can reach these documents through Quick Access (Duration of Status Updates) on the IC home page.
The International Center is also hosting a series of Immigration Update sessions to share changes introduced by the DHS rule.
