Angelina joined the University of Michigan's International Center in June 2026 after transitioning from an administrative position at Michigan Medicine's Kellogg Eye Center to working on the University's Ann Arbor campus. During her time at Michigan Medicine, she developed extensive experience in administrative coordination, customer service, and supporting patients, families, and healthcare professionals. She looks forward to bringing that experience to the International Center and helping international students navigate their experience at the University of Michigan.
Angelina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University and is currently completing her Master of Science in Cybersecurity. As a second-generation American with a parent who immigrated from Macedonia, Angelina has a personal appreciation for the immigrant experience. After visiting Macedonia for the first time with her father and grandparents, she developed an even greater appreciation for cultural connections, family heritage, and the experiences of those who make a new country their home.
