Olga joined the University of Michigan International Center in 2026 and serves as the Business Services Manager. She brings a unique perspective to the role, having navigated the university system as an international student herself throughout her undergraduate and early graduate studies. Prior to entering higher education, Olga spent over 17 years managing operations, budgets, and teams in fast-paced service and healthcare environments. Olga recently earned a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development at Eastern Michigan University.
Because of her own background as an international student, she is especially passionate about fostering welcoming environments and understands firsthand the challenges that international students, scholars, and faculty navigate. She values the opportunity to connect with the campus community and bring her operational experience to a team whose work has a real impact on people's lives.
