International students are among those frequently targeted by scammers. This presentation discusses the scams faced by students at college, the warning signs to watch for and how students can protect themselves.
The presenters are committed to helping our community recognize, avoid, and report fraudulent activity. By understanding how scams work and knowing where to seek help, you can protect yourself and others.
This workshop is presented by the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS). Lunch will be provided.
