The Values-based Leadership Development Experience is a weeklong residential program hosted by Columba 1400 in its international leadership center on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, U.K.
Developed in partnership with U-M International Center, this immersive program empowers participants to discover and define their leadership values, strengthen soft skills, engage in cross-cultural collaboration, reflect on purpose and wellbeing, and create sustainable change by applying learning to real-world contexts.
This program is open to University of Michigan Ann Arbor students of all majors and levels. While all students are welcome to apply, the program is geared toward international students.
