Tyler Morkin

Tyler Morkin joined the International Center in July 2021. Prior to U-M, he worked as the SEVIS Coordinator at Central Michigan University. He has also taught various classes in ESL, academic writing, introductory linguistics, and French. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in Education degree and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages both from Central Michigan University. He is active in the Terra Dotta and NAFSA communities, currently serving NAFSA’s KC ISSS as the International Student Advising (ISTA) Network leader. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys DIY projects, tinkering with technology, and taming his wild children!
