Peace Corps Prep (PC Prep) is a certificate program designed to prepare U-M undergraduates for future international service opportunities, such as the Peace Corps.
If you are interested in PC Prep, we encourage you to read through the materials on this site. This information will help you plan your PC Prep course of study and will provide guidance for completing your PC Prep application.

Advising Services
Winter 2026 Advising Hours:
- Wednesdays: 9:15 AM - 11:45 AM
- Fridays: 1:15 PM - 4:45 PM
Virtual and in-person appointments are available. The U-M Peace Corps Prep office is located in the U-M International Center at the Ann Arbor central campus, Student Activities Building (SAB).

Program Eligibility
Any current UM undergraduate student is eligible to apply for the Peace Corps Prep program. In order to earn the certificate, students will need to meet all Program Requirements.
While the Peace Corps Prep program can be completed by any student that meets the Program Requirements, it is important to note that Peace Corps applicants must have US citizenship.
The Peace Corps Prep application (available on M-Compass) is open throughout the calendar year and applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis!
