This presentation is open to all students who will be traveling abroad this summer, and it will especially be geared towards students who will be participating in independent education abroad opportunities, such as internships.
Description: American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS) is recognized as a leading provider of study abroad programs. It is also known for offering internship, service learning, community engagement and volunteer work programs aiming to provide an opportunity to gain global experience, immerse yourself in the culture and enhance your résumé. In 2018, AIFS was ranked as the top-rated study abroad organization by GoAbroad.
Description: Identities Abroad is a series of student panels, focusing on how social identities shaped/impacted their experiences working, traveling or studying abroad. Come to prepare for your own experience abroad, and meet peers who can assist you in the journey. There will also be representatives from the International Center and Center for Global and Intercultural Studies at the events if you have questions about going abroad.
