All Michigan Secretary of State offices will reopen on June 1. The offices will only provide services by appointment, and will only offer services that cannot be completed online or by mail. NOTE: Governor Whitmer’s executive order temporarily extending the expirations of all Michigan driver’s licenses, state IDs and vehicle registrations through July 31 is still in effect.
