Location: Great Lakes Crossing Outlets (Auburn Hills, Michigan)
Cost: $10/person for round trip transportation. NO REFUNDS. You will need to bring money for food and shopping. Students, scholars, friends, and families are welcome. Same price for all, regardless of age (children 2 and under are free, provided they sit on a lap and do not take up a seat on the bus). All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration: Register here by Sunday, May 10. All volunteers must read, complete the “City of Ann Arbor Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability” form, and bring it to the event.
Description: As a spouse or partner of an international student at the University of Michigan, you may be wondering how to adjust to living in the U.S., and in Ann Arbor. Attend this event series to learn about some of the possibilities and to meet other spouses and partners of international students!
All events will be led by the Michigan Language Center (MLC) in partnership with the U-M International Center.
Description: International Coffee Hour is a great opportunity to meet new people from around the world! The event is open to all members of the U-M community, including international and U.S. students, scholars, faculty, staff and their partners. Meet us at the Student Activities Building courtyard located at 515 E Jefferson Street in Ann Arbor. In case of inclement weather, we will meet indoors in the atrium in the same building.
