Description: Panel discussion with alums who are using language study in their field of study. Targeted to undergraduate students but open to everyone. Language and area studies programs will also be invited to join a small fair after the panel discussion.
Description: Take your professional development to the next level with an intern or research abroad experience. Co-sponsored by the Engineering Career Resource Center and International Programs in Engineering, this panel event will feature students and staff ready to introduce you to a range of international internship and research opportunities for engineers. Students will also share how they landed an internship and made the most of their time working abroad.
Description: This panel will cover funding options for overseas internships and research opportunities, for both undergraduate and graduate/professional students. Representatives of several U-M funding offices will provide information, and you will be able to meet with them individually.
Description: A presentation on international internship opportunities for University of Michigan undergraduates, provided by Ross and LSA administrators. Students who participated on internships in past years will speak to their experiences while on the internships, including daily life, takeaways, and budget. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A over Cookies, where students can mingle, have refreshments, and ask particular questions to administrators and past participants.

Description: Join UM students, faculty, and staff in this first-time storytelling event as part of the ICP series. Audience members will get to listen to storytellers share about their international experiences. This event is similar to "The Moth" in which true stories are told in a live setting. Refreshments will be served.
